Nataji® Bronze Sculpture by Natalie Levin
The young monk sits in stillness, eyes closed, patiently cultivating his divine nature within. This sculpture was inspired by a pilgrimage to the monasteries and ancient UNESCO temples of Laos. There, the young boys spend a year in Buddhist studies living in the monastery, which brings their families honor and many blessings. Some boys choose to stay on for a lifetime, merging into their own Buddha nature. The devotion to spirit brings inner peace.
